Leader Dogs for the Blind Walkathon

For folks in Michigan, this looks like a wonderful event and way to support Leader Dogs for the Blind, a much needed and extremely valuable organization.

On June 24th Leader Dogs for the Blind & the Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association (SEMVMA) will host their 4th Annual Walk-a-thon at Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills.

The Walk-a-thon is a family (and dog!) fun day with a 5K run at 7:30 a.m. and walk at 10:00 a.m.

All proceeds go to fund the programs and services of of Leader Dogs for the Blind.
