The sassy girl above is our very own Cinderella, or Cindy for short. Discovered by our Golden Oliver during a subzero ice storm and finally rescued after two days, Cindy has been with us since 1992. This is one of my best photos of her as it so typifies her true, haughty personality.
Have you been able to capture your cat’s emotions, unique behaviors or characteristics on film? We certainly do hope so, because now is your chance to show off your beloved kitties, along with your photography and videography skills, in our fun prize-filled “Images of Cattitude” contest. And, just think, the winners will be decided by you and your family and friends, with folks allowed to vote once daily on their favorite entries. Every entry in its entirety (photo, statement, and optional video clip) will be featured at our Foundation site for folks to enjoy.
We are very excited about our newest contest and can’t wait for folks to begin submitting their entries. While it is definitely a Cat themed contest, your photos can include both canine and human family members and friends. We are a canine and feline family and have so many pals that similarly share their love with both Goldens and a slew of kitties. So do get over to our contest page to check it out as it was specifically created to bring out the joy that these furkids provide. Just CLICK HERE to get the full scoop.
I bumped up this post since no one seems to have noticed my new contest. If this contest involved Goldens, trust me, I’d already be flooded with photos. Actually, there are more cat folks out there than dog people, and many families are blessed with both types of furry companions. So, GET ON OVER and check out the contest.
